| 摘 要： | 通过梳理相关文献,并以此为基础,构建制造企业实施商业模式创新进行服务化转型的理论分析框架,以广州广电运通金融电子股份有限公司为例,从三种创新进程分析制造企业基于商业模式创新进行服务化转型,阐述广电运通如何成功进行服务化转型。验证商业模式创新理论的同时也对其进行了补充和发展,并以期为我国制造企业进行服务化转型提供启示。

Servitization Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Business Model Innovation: Taking GRG Banking Company as an Example |

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing related literature,this article puts forward the analytical framework of implementation of business model innovation to servitization transformation for the manufacturing enterprises. The article takes GRG Banking company as a case to analyze the implementation of business model innovation to servitization transformation for the manufacturing enterprises from three kinds of innovation process. The article expounds how GRG Banking achieve success of service transformation. This article makes an effective verification, supplement and development for the theory of business model innovation, and provides some inspiration for the transformation of manufacturing enterprises in our country. |
