| Abstract: | Compared with the traditional scientific research institutions, the innovative research and development institute accorded with the rules of the development of science and technology, and explorated and practice of diversified modes in transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Through analysising the experiences from the innovative research and development institute in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, make recommendations in order to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Guangdong province. |
