| 摘 要： | 自军民融合上升为国家战略以来,科技军民融合也愈发受到国家的重视。作为科学技术的源头活水,科研领域的军民融合也是当下迫切需要解决的重大命题。文章基于军民融合视角,针对军队科研承担社会保障任务,以政府、军队科研单位和地方科研院所为主体,进行了演化博弈分析,寻找出能使整个系统处于均衡状态的稳定策略,并从最终的结论中得出对军队科研承担社会保障任务的政策建议。

The Tripartite Game Analysis: Social Security Tasks Undertaken by Military Scientific Research Based on the Civil-military Integration Perspective |

| Abstract: | Since civil-military integration became national strategy,civil-military integration in scientific technology has caused great attention. As the root for civil-military integration in scientific technology, civil-military integration in scientific research is also an urgent topic. Based on the civil-military integration perspective, the paper takes the government, military and civil scientific research institutions as the main body and has an evolutionary game analysis. Through the analysis, the paper put forward several suggestions to achieve the smooth development of social security tasks undertaken by military scientific research. |
