| 摘 要： | 借鉴能力成熟度模型理论,提出工业互联网平台建设能力成熟度等级划分,给出平台成熟度评估的基本框架,以及评估实施的方法和流程,有助于企业及政府等主体通过评估精准定位平台建设的薄弱环节,并建立针对性的改进方案,加快平台的建设和发展。

| Abstract: | The construction and popularization of industrial internet platform is an important support for modern industrial system establishment, the key means to accelerate the building of a nation with strong manufacturing power and network power, and a new commanding heights of global industrial competition. At present, the industrial internet platform is in the initial exploration stage, which construction and development is a process of dynamic optimization and continuous evolution. It is urgent to establish a set of evaluation guidance system to promote the development of industrial internet platform from exploration to maturity. Based on capability maturity model (CMM) theory, this paper divide the level of industrial internet platform construction capability, gives the basic frame of platform maturity assessment, and the assessment implementation method and process. It is helpful for enterprises, governments and other subjects to accurately locate the weak links of platform construction, establish specific improvement plans, so as to speed up platform construction and development. |
