| 摘 要： | 利用DEA模型中的CCR模型和超效率模型,对2013年江西省科技支撑计划进行中期绩效评价,提出根据科技计划效率值情况实施资助经费后补助方案;同时从投入过剩和产出不足两个角度对科技计划的非DEA有效指标进行改进和原因分析,提出提高计划绩效并优化科技计划管理过程的相关对策。

An Empirical Research on a Medium-term Performance Evaluation of Jiangxi Science and Technology Supporting Program Based on DEA Model |

| Abstract: | This paper applies CCR model and super-efficiency model out of DEA model to make a medium-term performace evaluation of 2013 Jiangxi science and technology supporting program, and therefore proposes an after-funding subsidy plan in terms of DEA efficiency. Meanwhile, it improves and analyzes the reasons for non-DEA index from the angels of excessive input and insufficient output, and brings forward related countermeasures of performance improvement and management optimization of the science and technology program. |
