标准化、科技创新与新能源发展的关系研究

摘    要:从科技创新、标准化促进新能源发展的机理出发,并以新能源汽车为例分析标准化、科技创新促进新能源汽车行业发展的过程,进而综合利用协整理论,以1990-2017年标准化、科技创新及新能源发展的数据为样本,对标准化、科技创新与新能源发展的关系进行实证研究,并依据实证结果从科技创新及标准化方面给出相关建议。

Abstract:with the development of economic society, China"s economy has turned to the stage of high-quality development. The development and application of new energy industry reflects the high-quality development of energy industry. Scientific and technological innovation is the source power to lead the development of new energy industry. Standardization is the "booster" of economic and social development. It is also the platform for scientific and technological innovation. This paper studies the mechanism of innovation and standardization promoting the development of new energy and analyzes the process of standardization and innovation promoting the development of new energy automobile industry based on an example of new energy automobile. Moreover, by using co-integration theory, this paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between standardization, innovation and new energy development based on the data of standardization, innovation and new energy development from 1990 to 2017. Some Suggestions are given from the aspects of technological innovation and standardization Based on the empirical results.
