| 摘 要： | 基于军民融合的视角,对国防武器装备基础研究科技成果转化的动力机制和转化路径进行系统研究,绘制国防武器装备基础研究科技成果转化的系统动力学流图,深入分析转化过程中的关键问题和影响因素,构建基于市场机制的国防基础研究科技成果转化模型,分析市场机制下国防基础科研成果转化中存在的主要问题。

Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of Fundamental Research Achievement Transformation on Defense from the Perspective of Civil-Military Integration |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the dynamic mechanism and path of the transformation of research findings on Defense Weapons and Equipment are systematically studied, and the system dynamics model of achievement transformation is drawn. The key problems and influencing factors in the process of achievement transformation are analyzed, and some suggestions and countermeasures are given.The conclusion of the study can provides valuable theoretical support for the promotion of the fundamental research and management of Defense Weapons and Equipment, and also provides suggestions for the improvement of the level of Civil-Military Integration. |
