| 摘 要： | 近年来，国家不断加大科技创新投入力度，出台了一系列加快实施科技成果转移转化的政策文件，其中技术入股作为一种重要的技术转移机制，因其独特的优越性，得到了越来越多的重视和关注。在此背景下，文章以华南农业大学为例，结合农科类科技成果开展技术入股的实践，就科技人员在整个技术入股过程中的角色及过程激励机制进行分析，以期为其他农业高校开展农业科技成果入股提供一定的借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years, country is increasing the investment in science and technology innovation,a series of speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements transfer policy documents were ?Layed out, including technology investment as an important mechanism of technology transfer, because of its unique superiority, has been more and more attention and concern.Under this background, this article take the south China agricultural university as an example, combined with the practice of agricultural class to develop technology in scientific and technological achievements, science and technology personnel in the whole process of the role of technology in process and analyze the incentive mechanism, so as to other agricultural colleges and universities to carry out the agricultural science and technology achievements in providing certain reference and reference. |
