| 摘 要： | 作为一种知识性工作，产品研发的复杂性越来越高，传统的基于生产性任务细分模式的理论和方法无法适用于这种管理情境。因此本文提炼出知识性任务的概念和复杂性的内涵，指出研发团队成员之间的认知差异是知识协调的重点，发现知识学习是降低或消除认知差异的根本所在。结合现有的协调机制，将团队的知识学习划分为成员的经验学习和协同学习，进而系统地描述了知识性任务情境下产品研发团队的协调机理。

Coordination mechanism of product development team for knowledge task |

| Abstract: | As a kind of knowledge work, the complexity of product development is becoming more and more complex, and the traditional theory and method based on the production task segmentation model cannot be applied to this management situation. Therefore, this paper abstracts the concept and complexity of the knowledge task, and points out that the cognitive differences between the members of the development team are the key points of knowledge coordination, and that knowledge learning is the root of reducing or eliminating cognitive differences. Combining the existing coordination mechanism, the knowledge learning of the team is divided into members'' experience learning and collaborative learning, and then systematically describes the coordination mechanism of development team in the context of knowledge task. |
