安徽省大中型工业企业全要素生产率及影响因素研究——基于DEA-Malmquist生产率指数法

摘    要:根据2001—2016年安徽省大中型工业企业以及16个地级市的面板数据,采用DEA-Malmquist生产率指数法对全要素生产率及其分解进行了测算,并通过实证方法进一步分析了影响全要素生产率及技术进步率的因素。结果显示:(1)考察期内安徽省中大型工业企业Malmquist指数及技术进步指数大部分年份都大于1,且全要素生产率的提高主要是由于技术进步的提高引起的。(2)外商直接投资和企业盈利能力对全要素生产率以及技术进步率都具有正向影响;企业规模和政府资金对全要素生产率和技术进步率都具有负向影响;行业集中度对全要素生产率不显著,对技术进步率有负向影响。最后,在本文研究结果的基础上,为提高安徽省工业企业的全要素生产率提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:Based on the panel data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises and 16 cities in Anhui Province in 2001~2016, we used the DEA-Malmquist productivity index to calculate the TFP and its decomposition, and further analyzes the factors that affect the total factor productivity and the technical progress index through the empirical method. The results showed that: (1) During the study period, the Malmquist index and technical progress index of large and medium industrial enterprises in Anhui province were more than 1 in most years. The improvement of TFP was mainly due to the improvement of technical progress. (2) Foreign direct investment and corporate profitability have a positive impact on total factor productivity and technical progress rate; The scale of enterprises and government funds have negative impact on total factor productivity and technical progress rate; Industry concentration is not significant to total factor productivity, but has a negative impact on the rate of technical progress. Finally, on the basis of the results of this study, some suggestions are put forward to improve the total factor productivity of industrial enterprises in Anhui province.
