| 摘 要： | 以美国财政资助专利为研究对象，对其资助机构、专利权人和技术领域的分布进行了统计分析，并重点分析了财政资助专利的引文特征。研究发现，与非财政资助专利与科学论文的关联性相比，财政资助专利与科学论文有着更高的科学关联性。因此，我国应建立并完善财政资助专利的信息披露制度，促进基础研究尤其是应用导向的基础研究中的专利产出。

Metrological Analysis about U.S. financial - funded patents |

| Abstract: | Taking the U.S. financial-funded patents as the research object, this paper made a statistical analysis of the funding agencies, patent owners and technology fields, and mainly analyzed the citation features of the financial-funded patents. Compared with the correlation between non-financial funded patents and scientific papers, the study found that financial-funded patents have a higher scientific relevance with scientific papers. Therefore, we should establish and improve the information disclosure system for financial-funded patents, and promote patent output in basic research, especially in application-oriented basic research. |
