| 摘 要： | 高等学校已逐渐成为科技创新的中坚力量,同时陕西作为西部的科教大省,在国家创新体系中的作用举足轻重；加强专利合作,进一步增加具有重大影响的标志性创新成果,是陕西高校提升自主创新能力的重要途径。选取最具有代表性的“陕西地区一本高校”(18所)作为研究对象,基于1985至2016年间的专利数据,运用软件Ucinet6.0绘制了陕西省这18所高校之间及其与诸多研究机构、企业的产学研专利合作网络图,系统分析了该合作网络的演化路径与演化动因。研究结果表明,陕西地区一本高校的产学研专利合作网络的演化总体呈现出了较为明显的阶段性的特征,高校在网络中的作用日益突出,导致网络演化的动因与网络所呈现出的阶段性特征的时间点基本契合。

Study on the Evolution of Industry-University-Research Patent Cooperation Network in first batch Universities of Shaanxi Province |

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities have gradually become the backbone of scientific and technological innovation, while as the western province of science and education,Shaanxi plays a decisive role in the national innovation system. To strengthen patent cooperation and further increase the significant impact of the iconic innovation are the important way for Shaanxi Universities to enhance independent innovation Ability. Based on the patent data from 1985 to 2016, selecting the first batch University of Shaanxi Province which is the most representative as the research object, the software Ucinet6.0 was used to draw Patent Cooperation Network of industry-university-research. This paper analyzes the evolutionary path and evolutionary motivation of the network systematically. The results show that the evolution of the network shows a more obvious stage characteristic. The role of colleges in the network is becoming more and more prominent. The factors that lead to the evolution of the network accord with the time of the network presented by the stage characteristics. |
