| 摘 要： | 数字经济在中国具有独特的网民优势、后发优势、制度优势等发展优势。中国引导数字经济从低起点到高速增长,促进供给结构优化,数字经济成为引领经济增长的重要引擎,并渗透到社会各个领域,正在推动新的模式出现。但在数字经济强劲崛起过程中,网络安全的威胁也日益增加,使数字经济发展面临威胁。研究提出构筑国家信息基础设施体系、助推发展共享经济、助力数字经济成果共享、共享数字经济发展经验、构建新网络安全体系对中国发展数字经济至关重要。

The Connotation Characteristics, Unique Advantages and Path Dependence of China's Development of Digital Economy |

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of the information technology era, the digital economy has gradually integrated into the people''s lives and has continued to rise in the national economic construction. The digital economy is based on the digital technology economy, and because the development of the digital economy is closely related to the Internet, the digital economy is also known as the network economy or the Internet economy. The digital economy has gradually become the new kinetic energy of China''s economic development under the new normal; and it has unique development advantages such as netizen advantage, late-comer advantage and institutional advantage in China. China has guided the digital economy from a low starting point to a high-speed growth, promoted the optimization of supply structure, led the important engine of economic growth, and penetrated into various fields of society, and is promoting the emergence of new models and new models. However, in the process of the strong rise of the digital economy, the threat of cybersecurity is also increasing, facing the threat of developing the digital economy, building a national information infrastructure system, boosting the development of the sharing economy, helping the sharing of digital economic results, and sharing the experience of digital economic development. Building a new cybersecurity system is critical. |
