摘    要:近年来,高校科技投入产出效率问题成为学者关注的焦点,但针对高职院校的研究并不多见。基于三阶段DEA模型,计算了2012—2016年综合类国家示范高职院校的科技投入产出,研究结果表明:1)剔除环境和随机因素的影响后,各个综合类国家示范高职院校的科技投入产出综合效率有明显的上升;2)地方财政科学事业费支出占地方财政一般预算内支出的比重和高职院校所在城市的人均科学支出对全时当量人员的投入冗余和当年内部支出的投入冗余是正向有利因素,而所在城市的人均GDP对全时当量人员的投入冗余是正向有利因素,对当年内部支出的投入冗余是负向不利因素。

Research on the Efficiency of using Scientific and Technical Input-Output in model higher vocational educational institution Based on the Three-stage DEA Model
Abstract:In recent years, the scientific and technical input-output efficiency of universities has become the focus of scholars, but the research on higher vocational educational institution is rare. Based on the three-stage DEA model, this paper calculates the output of science and technology input in the 2012-2016 comprehensive model higher vocational educational institution, and the results show that: (1) after eliminating the influence of environment and stochastic factors, the comprehensive efficiency of science and technology input and output of all kinds of model higher vocational educational institution has obviously increased. (2) The proportion of local financial expenditure in the general budget of local finance and the cost of scientific expenditure per capita in the city of the higher vocational educational institution are the positive factors for the redundancy of input of full-time equivalent personnel and the input redundancy of internal expenditure in the current year. And the average GDP per capita in the city is a positive factor in the redundancy of full-time equivalent personnel, The redundancy in the expenditure of the year"s internal expenditures is a negative factor.
