| 摘 要： | 基于2001—2015年授权的珠三角九市中国发明专利数据,从专利数量与专利质量两个层面,全面分析珠三角九市的专利实力现状。实证研究结果显示,珠三角九市发明专利授权量近年来呈迅速增长趋势,但存在专利数量与专利质量不协调的情况,且各市专利质量综合评分及各维度得分差异显著。最后,基于实证分析结果提出各市提高专利实力的对策建议。

Status and Countermeasures of Patent Strength of Nine Cities in the Pearl River Delta |

| Abstract: | Based on the patent data of nine cities in the Pearl River Delta in 2001-2015, the paper analyzes the current situation of the patent strength of the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta from the following two aspects: the number of patents and the patent quality. The empirical results show that the invention patents of the nine cities of Pearl River Delta showed a rapid growth trend in recent years, but the existence of patent quantity and quality is not coordinated, and the patent quality scores and each dimension scores have significant differences. Finally, based on the results of the empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the patent power. |
