| 摘 要： | 基于创新驱动发展背景对江苏省科研人才状况进行研究,使用灰色关联分析的方法测算江苏地区RD人才集聚的影响因素,结合主要影响因素,分别用高新技术产值和专利申请量作为研发产出的代理变量构建空间计量模型,实证分析RD人才集聚及其影响因素的空间溢出效应。研究发现,地区RD人才集聚的主要影响因素为社会保障和宜居环境;江苏省RD人才集聚空间溢出效应为负,社会保障因素对RD人才集聚的空间溢出有正向影响,宜居环境对RD人才集聚的空间溢出起正向促进作用。基于此对江苏省创新驱动发展提出政策建议。

Influencing Factors of R D Talent Aggregation and Its Spatial Spillover Effect in the Background of Innovation Driven - Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example |

| Abstract: | This paper uses the method of gray relational analysis to measure the influencing factors of R D talent aggregation in Jiangsu Province, and constructs the spatial measurement model with the high-tech output value and the patent application amount as the proxy variable of R D output. The empirical analysis of R D talent aggregation and the spatial spillover effect of its influencing factors. It is found that the main influencing factors of regional R D talent aggregation are social security and livable environment. The spillover effect of R D talent aggregation in Jiangsu Province is negative, and the social security factors have a positive effect on the spatial spill of R D talent aggregation. The spatial spillover of talent gathering plays a positive role in promoting. The main enlightenment: the development of talent in the region to develop policies at the same time to strengthen the urban greening, scientific research, social security environment, the introduction of talent and retain talent; the other hand, the region should increase scientific research and academic exchanges, improve R D talent aggregation space spillover effect, in order to achieve regional collaborative innovation integration. |
