摘    要:科技服务业作为科技的生产者和传递者,对于国民经济的发展起到重要作用。因此构建针对特定区域发展的科技服务模式,提出相应保障机制,对促进区域科技服务业稳定快速发展具有重要意义。根据国内外科技服务业发展动态,在明确科技服务业内涵和特性的基础上,针对目前哈长城市群科技服务业发展现状,结合产业生态化理论,构建了“需求分析-资源匹配-服务对接-评估反馈”良性循环的生态化科技服务模式,并为其科技服务发展提供定制化的发展保障机制。

Research on the Construction and Mechanism of Scientific and Technology Ecological Service Model in Harbin-Changchun Megalopolis
Abstract:As a producer and transmission, science and technology service industry of science and technology plays an important role in the development of national economy. Therefore, building a science and technology service model for the development of a particular region and proposing the corresponding safeguard mechanism are of great significance to the rapid development of the regional science and technology service industry. According to the development of science and technology service industry both at home and abroad, on the basis of defining the connotation and characteristics of science and technology service industry, aiming at the current state of development of science and technology service industry in Harbin-Changchun megalopolis, combined with the theory of industrial ecology, constructed a virtuous circle of ecological science and technology service mode of "Demand Analysis - Resource Matching - Service Docking - Assessment Feedback". And provide customized development mechanism for the development of its science and technology services.
