| 摘 要： | 加强公共技术服务平台建设对于提高中小企业质量技术水平、增强自主创新能力、实现战略转型具有重要意义,而建立科学、完善的绩效评价体系是推动平台健康发展的有力保障。以珠海进出口公共技术服务平台为例,从建设者和使用者的视角,应用层次分析法与模糊综合评判法构建平台运行能力综合评价模型,对其2015年运行状况进行实证分析,并根据分析结果提出改进措施和建议,为平台建设运行与可持续发展提供参考依据。

Empirical Study on the Evaluation of Zhuhai Public Technical Service Platform for Import & Export Based on AHP-FCE |

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of public technical service platform is of great significance to improve the quality and technical level of small and medium enterprises, enhance their independent innovation ability, and realize strategic transformation. And establishing a scientific and perfect performance evaluation system is a powerful guarantee to promote the healthy development of the platform. In this paper, we took Zhuhai Public Technical Service Platform for Import Export as an example, constructed a comprehensive evaluation modal from the perspective of constructers and users via AHP-FCE, conducted an empirical analysis on the basis of its operation status in 2015, and as a result, proposed improvement suggestions and countermeasures, so as to provide important reference for the construction, operation and the sustainable development of the platform. |
