A method to evaluate the sustainable innovation capability of scientific research teams in Chinese universities |

| Abstract: | The university science and technology innovation team continuous innovation ability evaluation index system is constructed on the foundation of researching and analyzing its connotation. A group evaluation method bases on Grey Theory and Evidence Theory is proposed according to the characteristic that much evaluation information is difficult to accurately measure and completely express in the university science and technology innovation team continuous innovation ability evaluation process. And the feasibility and practicality of the method is illustrated by combining numerical example. |
