人才胜任力视角下高校附属医院科研管理人员培养方法探析

摘    要:本文从人才胜任力视角出发,结合高校附属医院与大学间的关系,深入分析了高校附属医院科研管理人员的胜任力现状及原因,提出医学科研管理意识、管理能力、主动开拓能力、持续学习能力四个胜任力范畴。最后从胜任力范畴具体化、胜任力提升效果可度量化、胜任力提升目标可实现化、岗位职责相关化、目标考核期限化、培养方案改进持续化六方面提出针对性的培养方法,以期为高校附属医院科研管理人员的培养提供有效参考。

Study on the cultivation of Scientific Research Managers in affiliated hospitals of Universities from the perspective of Talent Competence
Abstract:This research analyzes in-depth personnel competency of scientific research managers of the affiliated hospitals in both status and causes,combined with the relationship between universities and affiliated hospitals,from the perspective of talent competency,and put forward four categories of competence in medical research management consciousness, management ability, active ability and continuous learning ability.At last,propose cultivation methods from six aspects including specific categories,measurable affection,goals achievable,related job responsibilities,assessment time-bound and continuous optimization to provide effective reference for the cultivation of scientific research manager in affiliated hospitals.
