Cocreating IT Value Based on Resource-based View: Preliminary Research for Open innovation Alliances |

| Abstract: | Over the past decade, particularly with internetworking and complicated market, boundaries of firms conventionally are broken. And the key resources of firm may over boundary of firms and embed in inter-firms. Value Cocreation of inter-firms has been gradually concerned by academics. Especially in information technology, multiple organizations collectively leverage information technology; the important new issues are raised. Who create the value? What is the process of Cocreating IT Value? This paper takes open innovation alliances (OIAs) as research context, based on the resources-based view, analyses implication and mechanism of Cocreating IT Value in OIAs, and develop the integrated model. |
