| 摘 要： | 随着现代信息技术的快速发展,科技型企业通过专利提升市场竞争力的路径探索越来受到学界和业界的广泛关注。本文通过分析专利与企业竞争力的关系,提出了科技型企业在统一的专利战略基础上,通过专利创造、专利运用、专利保护和专利管理构建技术优势、品牌优势、成本优势和差异化优势,并进而提升企业市场竞争力的发展路径,最后结合华为公司的发展实践,对专利促进科技型企业竞争力提升的动态过程进行了案例分析验证,以期为“互联网 ”时代众多科技型企业运用专利提升竞争力提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of modern information technology, science and technology enterprises through the patent to enhance the market competitiveness of the path to explore more and more attention by the academic and industry. Through analyzing the relationship between patent and enterprise competitiveness, put forward the science and technology enterprises based on unified patent strategy, patent, patent application, through the creation of patent protection and patent management to build the advantage of technolog, brand, cost and difference, development path and further enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, combining the development practice of HUAWEI the company"s patent, to promote the dynamic process of enhancing the competitiveness of science and technology enterprises for the case analysis, in order to "Internet plus" era of large science and technology enterprises use the patent and provide the reference to enhance the competitive force. |
