| 摘 要： | 以CSSCI所收录关键词为"科技管理"的文献为研究对象,对高频关键词进行凝聚子群与社会网络可视化分析。对科技管理的研究包括科研人员管理创新、技术开发与科技成果、科研人员培养、管理科学与信息系统、科技战略与政策、政府科技管理、高校科技管理、体制改革与对策、基础研究与科技评估等9方面。科技管理基础研究与政府、高校科技管理以及成果转化之间衔接不紧密,科技管理创新发展能力不足。应继续加强科技管理基础研究,完善人才评价激励机制,提升高校服务于社会的能力。

| Abstract: | Objective / significance] Innovation is the first driving force to lead the development and an important strategic support for the construction of a modern economic system. The overall deepening of the reform of the scientific and technological system and the strengthening of the strategic layout of science and technology can lay an important institutional foundation for the fundamental transformation of the driving force of development. method / process] this paper takes the key words cited in Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI) as "science and technology management" as the research object, and analyzes the cohesive subgroup and social network visualization of high-frequency keywords. Conclusion] the results found that scholars in science and technology / management research includes scientific research personnel management innovation, technology development and scientific and technological achievements of scientific research, personnel training, management science and information systems, technology strategy and policy and government science and technology management, University Science and technology management, system reform and countermeasures, basic research and technology assessment in 9 aspects. The study shows that the government, research and management of science and technology foundation of University Science and technology management and the transformation of convergence is not close, the unbalanced development of science and technology; information on the management of science and technology to promote the development of the effect is not significant, is still in the initial stage of exploration; management innovation and development ability of science and technology problems. In the process of deepening the reform of science and technology, should continue to strengthen the basic research of science and technology management, improve the assessment mechanism of science and technology management and supervision; improve the talent evaluation and incentive mechanism, arouse the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel; training mode reform of talents in Colleges and universities, to enhance the ability of universities to serve the society. |
