| 摘 要： | 针对传统SWOT战略制定方法,对SWOT分析框架进行改进和延伸,提出基于WASPAS方法的战略目标选择决策方法。该方法在战略目标SWOT定性分析的基础上,应用AHP方法分析SWOT内外部关键因素指标的权重值,并利用WASPAS方法来确定各个战略目标的最优排序。最后以我国港口选择为例,验证该方法的合理性和有效性。

SWOT analysis of decision making for strategic goals based on WASPAS method |

| Abstract: | Compared to conventional SWOT method for strategic implementation, this paper aims to extend and develop the analytical framework of SWOT, and present the hybrid method combined with SWOT and WASPAS (Weighted aggregated sum product assessment method). This hybrid method intends to extract the internal and external key factors by SWOT analysis, and the weights of those factors are calculated through analytical hierarchy process method, the ranking of strategic goals are computed via WASPAS method. Finally, a case study concerned container ports in China is chosen to verify the rationality and validity of the hybrid method. |
