| 摘 要： | 知识转移是产学研合作的核心环节,有效的知识转移是产学研合作开展的重要基础。重新梳理和界定产学研合作的知识转移及其机制概念,结合知识转移过程分析其影响因素,在此基础上构建产学研合作中的知识转移概念模型,并提出相关建议。
