| 摘 要： | 在构建政策目标、政策工具、政策力度三维分析框架的基础上,对LED产业政策文献进行量化分析,测算并描述了LED产业政策组合特征的演化过程。通过负二项回归探讨了2003－2017年期间LED产业政策组合特征对产业创新绩效的影响。结果表明：政策组合的综合性和一致性增长迅速,均衡性波动较大,增长趋势不明显；政策组合的特性对LED产业创新的影响存在差异,综合性和一致性对发明专利有显著的促进作用,而均衡性的促进作用并不显著并且对创新绩效的影响与前两者还存在方向性的差异。最后针对研究结果提出了政策建议。

LED Industry Policy Mix Characteristics and Their Impact on Innovation Performance in China |

| Abstract: | Based on constructing a three dimensional analytical framework for policy objectives, policy tools and policy strength, this paper explores the evolving characteristics of the LED policy mix and carries on the analysis of the influence on the industrial innovation during 2003-2017 using the negative binomial regression model.The results show that: the comprehensiveness and consistency of LED policy mix grows rapidly; the balance of the mix fluctuations is large, and the growth trend is not obvious. The characteristics of policy mix have different effects on LED industry innovation. Comprehensiveness and consistency have a positive influence on innovation, while the result of balance is not significant; compared with the former two, its impact on innovation performance still have directional differences. Finally, we put forward some suggestions for future policy formulation though the research results. |
