| 摘 要： | 从中小企业的融资现实问题出发,回顾中小企业信用评估以及集群融资方面的文献进展情况;报告专业镇情境下中小企业的金融与融资状况;根据理论研究与实际调查设计发展符合专业镇现实特点的中小企业综合信用评估体系;以东莞市横沥模具专业镇为例,分析以中小企业综合信用评估为基础开展集群融资集体行动的实践,揭示集群融资内生性优势通过集体增信机制的实现过程,进行相应的研究总结和分析。

The Comprehensive Credit Evaluation and Cluster Financing Innovation of Specialized Town |

| Abstract: | At the present time, financing is still a common problem what restrict the development of SMEs. As a new idea, cluster financing for SMEs has caught much attentions from both academics and practitioners. This paper starts the question point from the financing problems of mature SMEs and reviews the literatures of SMEs financing credit assessment and cluster financing fields. Then this paper reports the professional town industry situation finance and the financing situation of SMEs in a typical specialized town. According to the survey and theoretical research, we design a comprehensive credit evaluation method for specialized town. With a case study of Hengli mould specialized town in Dongguan, this paper analyzes the process of collective action for cluster financing and discuses how to use the cluster advantages to promoting the financing credit of single SME. The implications of study were summarized and analyzed at last. |
