基于变异系数的国际食品冷链发展水平对比

摘    要:构建食品冷链发展水平指标体系,并基于变异系数确定食品冷链各指标权重,以美国为标准发展基准建立国际食品冷链发展指数。以2016年各指标截面相关数据分析国际食品冷链发展水平的影响因素,研究国际食品冷链的差异性。结果表明,相对于美国,日本农业冷链发展水平指数为0.6413,德国为0.6303,中国为0.4363。

Abstract:Establish an food cold chain development level indicator system. Based on the coefficient of variation, the weights of each index of the food cold chain were determined, and the international food cold chain development index was established based on the United States as the standard development benchmark. Based on the analysis of the cross-section data of various indicators in 2016, the factors affecting the development level of international food cold chain were analyzed to study the differences of international food cold chain. Research results: Compared with the United States, Japan"s agricultural cold chain development level index is 0.6413, Germany is 0.6303, and China is 0.4363.
