| 摘 要： | 为实施有效的知识产权规范管理,针对知识产权在科研组织管理过程中不同阶段的体现,基于元认知理论,从内部管理活动和科研活动两方面明确知识产权规范管理的元认知内涵,构建含18个控制指标的知识产权规范管理元认知行为模型。通过实证分析发现,该模型在科研组织知识产权规范管理能力提升方面具有较好的适用性,前后两次样本测试结果表明,科研人员和管理人员的元认知水平在模型运行后的平均分提高了7.43%,其中科研人员提高了4.98%,而管理人员则提高了22.49%。该模型在打通知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理、服务全链条方面发挥重要的作用。

The Normal Management of Intellectual Property for Research Institutions Based on Metacognition |

| Abstract: | In order to implement effectively the normal management of intellectual property, we aim at the different performance in different stage during the intellectual property management process for a research institute, to define the metacognition connotation of intellectual property normal management from the aspects of internal management activities and scientific research activities based on metacognition theory, and establish accordingly a meta-cognitive behavior model with 18 control indicators. Through a case study, we found that the model has a good applicability to improve the ability of intellectual property normal management for a research institute. The results of two sample tests show that the average score of scientific research personnel and managers increased by 7.43% after our model was run, among which 4.98% were improved by scientific research personnel and 22.48% by managers. We conclude that the model plays an important role to get through all stages of the intellectual property creation, application, protection, management and service. |
