| 摘 要： | 为了促进建筑企业内部知识共享,提出一套在建筑企业内部评选知识专家的方法。从知识存量、知识价值、知识共享三个维度拟定了一个包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标的专家评选指标体系,通过与建筑企业知识管理者面谈的方式得到以上指标的量化方法,并运用结构熵权法确定各指标的权重。用该方法对一个大型建筑企业内部知识专家进行评选,验证了方法的可行性。

Study on the Selecting Experts Within Construction Enterprise from the Perspective of Knowledge Sharing |

| Abstract: | With a view to promote knowledge sharing within construction enterprise, a method of selecting knowledge professional was put forward. Firstly, from three dimensions, that is, knowledge stock, knowledge value and knowledge sharing, an index system of selecting experts including three first grade indexes and nine secondary indexes has been developed. By means of interview with the knowledge managers of the construction enterprise, some quantitative methods concerning to the indexes have been given out. And then, the indicator weight was ascertained based on the structure entropy weight method. The method was used into a large construction enterprise for selecting the knowledge professional, the applicability of this method was verified. |
