| 摘 要： | 基于广东创新驱动发展考核指标体系,从"政府行为-社会创新-综合实力"(GSC)角度构建指标概念模型,实证分析政府行为对社会创新的当期和持续传导效应;在此基础上,设计监测分析框架,提出二维矩阵图和深层结构分析法,并以A市为案例进行应用。旨在帮助科技管理部门深入了解本地创新驱动发展优劣势,进一步改进科技工作。

Construction of Guangdong Innovation Driven Development Evaluation Index Model and Design of Monitoring and Analysis Framework |

| Abstract: | Guangdong innovation driven development evaluation index system based on, from the perspective of "government - Social Innovation - comprehensive strength" (GSC) to construct index concept model, and empirically analyzed the current of the government on social innovation and continuous conduction effect. On the basis of, monitoring design analysis framework, two-dimensional matrix and the deep structure analysis method is proposed, and taking A city as an example, is designed to help the Department of science and technology management in-depth understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of local innovation drive, to further improve the work of science and technology. |
