| 摘 要： | 本文以提升中小微企业知识产权创造能力为研究对象,从中小微企业自身出发,在理论研究与实际调查数据的基础上,探究了企业自身的内在因素与知识产权产出的相互关系,系统分析了知识产权管理机构、知识产权人才、企业家意识、激励机制四个内部因素对中小微企业知识产权创造能力的作用效果,并从中小微企业内部管理的角度提出若干更具操作性、更符合企业发展实际的对策建议,为中小微企业提升知识产权创造能力提供了重要的实证研究支撑。

| Abstract: | To enhance the small and micro enterprises intellectual creative capability , from the perspective of small and micro enterprises themselves , based on the survey results and theoretical research , this study will analyse the correlation between internal factors and intellectual output , and discuss the influence of entrepreneur awareness , intellectual property management agencies , intellectual talent , incentives to the small enterprises intellectual output . From the angle of small enterprises internal management, this study puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions which are more operational more accords with the practice of enterprise development , provides a empirical support for enhancing small enterprises intellectual property creation capacity . |
