| Abstract: | S: This paper summarizes the development status of the main new scientific research institutions at home and abroad,and analyzes the organizational structure, construction mode and operation mode systematically, sums up the innovations of system and mechanism,and at last puts forward suggestions on the development of new scientific research institutions. |
