| 摘 要： | 气候变化是当今国际社会的重要议题，其中科技创新是应对气候变化行动中的重要抓手。本文基于技术就绪度评价的标准化理念，从项目关键技术的成熟性、对气候的需求度、以及技术难度等角度，研究评价R&D项目对气候变化影响的评价方法，并给出评价细则。

Research on Quantitative Technology Assessment Approach in Tackling Climate Change |

| Abstract: | Technological innovation has become the main measure to address the challenge of climate change by providing critical supports from mitigation and adaption. In this paper, the quantitative assessment methodology is built and analyzed based on standardize evaluation concepts. The methodology discussed in the paper could be used to assess the technological R&D projects from different perspectives, including maturity, requirement, difficulty and the integrated impact on addressing climate change. In addition, three R&D projects are illustrated in this paper as the case study. |
