知识密集型企业员工代际差异性对知识转移影响的实证分析

摘    要:基于已有文献的研究基础,构建知识密集型企业下代际员工差异性对知识转移影响的概念模型,采用网络链接形式进行问卷调查,运用因子分析和结构化方程模型分析进行定量分析。研究结果表明:信任度和忠诚对企业代际知识转移有显著的促进作用,文化背景和知识转移动机对企业代际知识转移有显著的促进作用,而员工之间的信任度和忠诚度受员工的文化环境和企业文化的影响。为提高知识密集型企业知识传承的效率和能力、进一步促进员工代际之间的知识共享意愿提高提供理论依据和实践指导。

An Empirical Research of the Impact of Employees Intergenerational Differences of Knowledge-intensive Enterprise on the Knowledge Transfer
Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and ability of knowledge transfer in knowledge intensive enterprises, the theoretical basis and practical guidance are provided to further promote the knowledge sharing willingness among employees. Based on the existing literature research, under the knowledge intensity enterprise, has constructed the generation of staff difference to the knowledge transfer influence conceptual model. This article uses the network link form to carry on the questionnaire, then factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were applied to quantitative analysis. The research result indicates that the confidence level and loyalty has the remarkable promoter action to the enterprise generation of knowledge transfer, the cultural context and the knowledge transfer motivation has the remarkable promoter action to the enterprise generation of knowledge transfer, meanwhile, between enterprise staff"s confidence level and loyalty staff"s cultural environment and enterprise culture influence.
