| 摘 要： | 从投入、产出角度构建众创空间绩效评价指标体系,运用因子分析方法提取运营能力、企业发展能力、政府支持力度、盈利能力4个主因子,对我国29个区域众创空间绩效进行评价分析。研究结果表明:众创空间运营能力对众创空间绩效的影响最为显著,若其水平低于平均整体绩效水平,对于众创空间的发展会产生极大的制约;同时发现众创空间的发展与区域经济发展状况有一定的相关性,制约各区域众创空间发展的因素不同,因此应针对发展短板,采取因地制宜的发展政策。基于研究结果,提出4点建议,以期为促进我国各区域众创空间可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。

Evaluation Research on Performance of Maker SpaceBase on Factor Analysis Method |

| Abstract: | The paper Constructed performance evaluation index system of Maker Space from the perspectives of input and output. Four factors, the operating capacity of Maker Space, the development capacity of enterprises, government supporting and the profitability of Maker space, were extracted by factor analysis, and their respective weights were determined according to the contribution rate of each factor /cumulative contribution rate. The performance evaluation of Maker Space in 29 regions (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Ningxia and Tibet) was conducted based on the sectional data. Therefore, the paper summarized the current situation and problems of Maker Space, proposed measures to promote development of Maker Space. |
