情绪调控对冰上课教学质量的影响

摘    要:随着教育心理学理论研究的不断深入,体育教育工作者们已经初步认识到“以情优教”的重要意义。将情绪的调控应用到冰上课教学之中,通过教学实验,显示出学生情绪的有效调控有助于学生学习兴趣和学习效果的提高。总结出学生学习情绪的影响因素有教学内容因素、教学环境因素、教学评价因素和教师因素。提出选择适宜的教学内容和方法,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性;合理规划教学场地、器材,调动学生们的学习热情;构建合理的评价体系,形成自我激励机制;优化教师知识结构,诱导学生的积极情绪状态等情绪调控的具体手段,为冰上课教学改革提供理论依据。

Abstract:With the deepening of the theory research on educational psychology, the physical educators have preliminarily understood the importance of "optimize teaching by emotion". By applying the emotional regu- lation in the skating teaching, the paper has a teaching experiment which shows that it' s helpful to improve the students' learning interest and learning effect by effective emotional regulation. It concludes that the fac- tors of influencing the students' learning mood relate to the teaching content, the teaching environment, teaching teaching evaluation and teacher. It suggests some means of emotional regulation such as choosing appropriate content and methods, stimulating students' learning initiative, reasonably planning teaching venues and equipments, mobilizing students' learning enthusiasm, constructing reasonable evaluation system, form- ing self incentive mechanism, optimizing teachers' knowledge structure, inducing students' positive emo- tional state, which being provided as a theoretical reference of skating teaching reform.
