| 摘 要： | 新时期在大学生志愿服务的发展过程中出现了一些问题,这些问题包括大学生缺乏自愿服务精神,大学生志愿组织的不健全与志愿服务能力不足,大学生志愿服务创新能力不足.针对这些问题本文首先概括了其表现,并进一步分析了其原因,最后为解决这些问题提出了相应的对策.

| Abstract: | There are some problems in the development of college students’volunteer service,which include the lack of volunteer spirit,the inefficiency of organization in college students’volunteer service,the insufficiency of the volunteer service capacity,the inadequacy of the innovation of college students volunteer service.In view of these problems,this paper summarizes the phenomenon,analyzes its causes,and finally presents the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems. |
