| 摘 要： | 新世纪国家建设需要与高等教育发展对高等工程教育人才培养提出了改革创新的要求。通过对国外高等工程教育发展趋势及我国高等工程教育人才培养现状的综合分析,探讨了我国高等工程教育人才培养的方向,并提出了相应的教育革新建议。
