| 摘 要： | 目前，风险资本的来源正日趋多元化，世界各国风险投资模式也各不相同，具有代表性的模式主要有三种。比较这三种模式的优缺点，结合我国的具体情况，政策性风险投资与商业性风险投资双管齐下的模式，应该成为我国的选择。

| Abstract: | The sources of risk capital have been making varied at present. Different risk investment modes are in different countries in the world, which have three representative modes. Compared with advantages and shortcomings of three modes, in accordance with specific conditions, the mode of governed risk investment operated together with commercial risk investment should be selected in China. |
