| 摘 要： | 农业、农村、农民问题,始终是我党在革命、建设和改革时期关注的问题之一。自新中国建立以来,我党一直很重视对“三农”问题的解决。新中国前“30年”我党对三农进行了曲折的探索,自改革开放的后“30年”我党对“三农”问题有了更深的认识,对新世纪“三农”问题的解决有重要启示。

| Abstract: | Agriculture,rural areas and farmers are always issues which should be concerned during the period of Chinese Communist revolution,construction,and reform.Since the establishment of new China,Chinese goverment paid much attention on ＂three rural＂issues.Difficult exploration has been made from 1949 to 1979,which has an important inspiration to ＂three issues＂. |
