| 摘 要： | 观察理气活血中药对运动训练小鼠蛋白质、核酸含量的影响，结果显示，服药结合训练可显著提高肝脏、股四头肌蛋白质、ＲＮＡ和ＤＮＡ含量，同时可使血清总蛋白浓度得到提高。提示理气活血中药对加快蛋白质合成，运动后蛋白质、ＲＮＡ的恢复有积极作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of the administration of Chinese drugs for regulating Qi and activating blood circulation (RQAB) on protein and nucleic acid contents in training mice were observed. The results showed thatthe administration of RQAB drugs, combined with training remarkably increased the content of protein,RNA (ribonucleic acid) and DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) in the liver and the quadriceps femurs of mice andimproved the concentration of the total serum protein simultaneously. It was prompted that the administrationof RQAB. drugs plays a positive role in accelerating the synthesis of protein and the recovery of protein andRNA after exercise. |
