| Abstract: | According to UCP500,clarifying the situation of the parties and the bank in the letter of credit,and defining the relations between the bank,the beneficiary and the applicant,will help analyze the bank's legal status after it had held all of the documents under UCP500,and this will help popularize the reasonable use of the letter of credit in domestic and international commercial activities. |
