| 摘 要： | 农民工的问题已成为全社会关注的重要问题.今年中国工会"十四大"提出了农民工入会的问题,为工会依法维护农民工的合法权益提供了新的依据.本文在分析农民工入会合理性的基础上,提出了工会维护农民工合法权益是其基本职责的观点.

| Abstract: | The issue of the peasant laborers has aroused the attention of the whole society. In 2003, on 14th the National congress of Trade Union People raised a motion of peasant laborers' admission to the Trade Union, which obviously provides a new opportunity for the Union to protect their legal rights. In this article, it not only analyzes the reason why the peasant laborers should join in the Trade Union, but also proves the view that it is obligatory for the Trade Union to protect the peasant laborers legal rights. |
