| 摘 要： | 通过对语言测试理论发展历程的回顾，阐述了语言测试发展与外语教学发展的关系，指出语言测试是外语教学的重要组成部分，是衡量外语教学成效和提高外语教学质量的重要手段。是为教学服务的。充分发挥语言测试对教学的正面反拨作用，可促进外语教学，提高教学质量。本文对大学英语测试制度和评估制度的改革提出了建设性的模式。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the relations between the development of language testing and language teaching on the basis of reviewing the history of language testing. The author puts forward that language testing is a major and necessary measuring tool in language teaching; the ultimate aim of langue testing is serving language teaching; bringing into full play positive backwash of language testing can effectively promote language teaching. Finally, the author proposes valuable and instructive models on college English test and assessment. |
