有氧能力及其在体育运动中的应用

摘    要:人体有运动时的能量来源有三大途径,即有氧氧化供能系统和糖的无氧酵解供能系统以及磷酸原系统.然而,有氧能力的高低反映了运动员的心肺功能能力,同时,也决定了运动员运动能力尤其是耐力运动项目运动员的运动能力的高低.对有氧代谢能力的影响因素及其与运动能力之关系的回顾,有利于进一步开展能量代谢的研究,寻求理想的有氧训练手段,为进一步提高运动员的运动能力提供生理学基础.

Abstract:The energy provided during body movement comes from three pathways. They are aerobic metabolism, anaerobic metabolism and ATP-CP system. However, the capacity of aerobic metabolism depends on the functions of circulatory and respiratory systems mainly. It also determines the athlete' s sport capacity especially for those who are involved in prolonged exercise events. The reference reviewing concerning the factors which affect the capacity of aerobic metabolism and the discussing the relationship between aerobic power and the sport capacity are necessary for further study on the energy metabolism. It will fundamentally lay a physiological foundation in order to find a suitable training method for further boosting sport performance.
