| 摘 要： | 在新世纪复杂多变的社会环境下，图书馆的属性、职能都将随着图书馆学研究、图书馆技术、图书馆方法、图书馆组织、图书馆教育等的创新而不断发展。本文逻辑构架“中国图书馆发展研究中心”，试图通过“全国图书馆研究中心及其网络”的权威性和学术领导作用来改善图书馆领域科学研究的组织状况，更好地发挥图书馆整体社会功能，以适应新世纪的挑战。

| Abstract: | Under a varied or complicated situation of new century,the functions of library will gradually perfect as its studying,technology,method,organization and education make a rapid progress.This article frames the development and research center of Chinese Library,according to that kind reasoning.It tries to change the status quoes of library' s studying region,through its academic leading effect and authority on library science.In order to distribute and use resources reasonably,and give play to all the function of library,We are going to adept challenge of new century. |
