摘    要:随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,其师资队伍建设如何跟进成了紧迫的课题。金华职业技术学院紧跟时代步伐,在“五位一体”人才培养模式的引导下,以基地为依托进行师资队伍建设,先后实施了“双师素质教师培养工程”、“教授工程”、“硕、博士工程”、和“高层次人才梯队工程”等一系列人才培养举措,辅之以校企互动式的兼职师资建设,并以规范的制度化管理作为师资队伍建设的保障,对提升人才层次、改善师资结构,形成整体合力发挥了积极的作用。

Abstract:With the fast development of the Higher Vocational Education in China,it becomes an urgent problem on how to develop teachers.Jinhua College of Profession and Technology keeping pace with the society,with the guide of the five in one school-running model,it develops the teacher team in bases,which includes a series of measurements such as Double-skill Teacher Project,Professor Project,Master and Doctor Project,High-level Talent Project etc.besides the part-time teacher strategy adopted by interaction of school and enterprises.Moreover,it is guaranteed by standard management in order to improve the talents' quality and teacher structure as well as function actively as a whole.
