| 摘 要： | 中华人民共和国成立60年来,民族基础教育不论是在办学规模、办学形式,还是在师资队伍建设、少数民族语文教学和民族文字教材建设等方面都取得巨大成就。由于受历史、环境、经济、文化等因素的影响,民族地区教育依然存在基础相对薄弱、教育成本过高、政府供给不足等问题。发展民族地区基础教育,应采取加大政府对教育的投入,优化民族教育结构,完善＂双语＂教学,实施＂三语＂教学模式,多层次、多渠道办学,进一步推进民族地区基础教育的改革,使基础教育更好地为民族地区的经济建设服务,促进社会经济的全面发展。
