| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT分析法,对中国女子职业篮球联赛发展的各种影响因素进行分析,旨在为中国女子篮球联赛的开展提供咨询。研究表明:我国女子职业篮球的发展优势与劣势、机遇和挑战并存。并提出了:加大联赛宣传力度,充分利用国家政策;完善球员转会机制,树立良好的形象;抓住体育全球化机遇,改变人才培养体系;提高篮球联赛竞技水平,加强后勤保障体系等发展策略。

| Abstract: | SWOT analysis of various factors affecting the development of Chinese women＇s professional basketball league is analyzed to provide advice to the Chinese women＇s basketball league conduct. Studies have shown that： the development of women＇s professional basketball＇s strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. And proposed ： to increase the league propaganda, full use of national policy; perfect player transfer mechanism, estab- lish a good image; seize the opportunities of globalization of sports, changing personnel training system; improve the competitive level of basketball leagues, such as strengthening the logistical support system development strate- gy. |
